India Clinical Validation
Gujarat, India · Late 2025 · 3-month study
We partnered with rehabilitation centres and private clinics across Gujarat to run our first clinical study — assessing and fitting 15+ transradial amputees with custom 3D-printed prosthetics, each delivered in under 24 hours from first scan.
Our devices came in at under 700g with custom-fitted sockets and ventilated designs — at roughly half the cost of existing alternatives. Many patients had abandoned traditional prosthetics due to weight, poor fit, and non-breathable materials.
We collaborated with Bionis Clinics, a private O&P practice in Ahmedabad, to understand real-world clinic workflows — how clinicians assess patients, manage orders, and handle the back-and-forth that slows down traditional O&P delivery. These insights directly shaped our software platform.
Throughout this work, we consulted with over 200 stakeholders — clinicians, patients, rehabilitation specialists, and industry leaders — to understand the landscape and validate our approach. The result: a validated end-to-end workflow that now powers our insole platform.




During this project, we met with Dr. Mehta — patron of Jaipur Foot (BMVSS), the world's largest prosthetic charity — as well as teams at Endolite, a global leader in prosthetic componentry.
These conversations validated our approach and helped shape how our technology fits into the broader O&P ecosystem.
