How are these different from shop insoles?

Shop insoles come in a few fixed shapes. Yours are made from a 3D scan of your feet, so support and cushioning sit exactly where your feet need them — even support under your whole foot.

How does it work — do I need special equipment?

Just your phone. Scan your feet first with our free app and send the scan with your email — then order with that same email and your scans attach automatically. We make your insoles to match and they arrive at your door. No clinic visit, no codes.

How long does it take?

From scan to delivered insoles is a matter of days.

How much do they cost?

Insoles start at £77 a pair when you order three, or £99 for a single pair — and if you scan first with the free app, your first order with that same email within 7 days is 50% off. At checkout you pick your material — everyday Comfort Cloud or sporty PEBA Sport — and see your exact total before you pay.

What if they don't fit or I'm not happy?

Getting the fit right is the whole point. If your insoles aren't right for you, tell us within 30 days of delivery and choose a free remake or a full refund — your call. See our terms for the details.
